3. As a barmaid in Scotland I was trained how to pour Guinness properly. It really does make a difference, and even on the busiest days we still set the Guinness aside for a second after a 3/4 pour before finishing. We never got a complaint, either by the drinker or those who had to wait. Everyone simply understood that Guinness deserves extra attention.

4. Becky, I love that no-one ever complained, it just confirms my Scottish romanticism. ;)

   Now, to find a keg indeed…
