This Sunday past (June 3) was my 28th birthday. On Saturday, a bunch of folk helped me celebrate by going up to Deer Island and staying the night. Jac has some pictures on her blog.
The highlight was the ferry driver spotting my Manitoba plates on the way home and inviting us up into the control booth for a great view and a knowledgeable tour of the area!
